Compensation:

$60,000 annually + uncapped bonus opportunities. Average Canvass Managers earn an additional $1,500–$3,000 monthly in bonus; top performers exceed $4,000 monthly.

Job Responsibilities

Dynamic leadership: lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights.

Recruitment: seek top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and provide necessary tools for success.

Mentorship: provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Build rapport: establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions.

Deliver compelling pitches: confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella's products.

Achieve sales targets: meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.

Hit the pavement: be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.

Field navigation: safely operate the company‑provided van, using a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Complete all entry‑level canvasser training as part of onboarding.
