WasteNow is growing, and we’re looking for a seasoned Commercial Sales Representative with real experience in the waste, portable restroom, restroom trailer, or dumpster rental industry. This is not an entry-level position. We need a true hunter who thrives on finding new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our footprint across Louisville and Southern Indiana. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business through field visits, cold calls, and direct outreach. You’ll identify and connect with construction companies, builders, developers, industrial clients, and event teams, working closely with the owner and operations manager to target the right accounts and hit aggressive sales goals. The ideal candidate understands the fast pace of the waste industry, knows how to speak the language of contractors and project managers, and is fully comfortable generating and managing leads through disciplined CRM usage. Proactively identify, prospect, and close new commercial accounts in construction, industrial services, special events, and related industries. Conduct regular field sales (jobsite visits, vendor meetings, networking events) — not just desk-based prospecting. Maintain a full pipeline in the company CRM and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on lead activity, sales progress, and revenue performance. Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, project managers, and event coordinators. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and ownership to target priority accounts and align supply availability with sales opportunities. Present and explain WasteNow product lines (portable restrooms, restroom trailers, hand sanitation stations, roll-off dumpsters) with technical accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and territory objectives. Qualifications

Required: Demonstrated experience in the waste, portable restroom, dumpster, or site services industry, specifically working with commercial accounts. Required: Track record as a hunter-type salesperson, consistently generating new leads and closing new business. 3+ years of successful outside sales or cold-calling experience. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience with CRM software CRM experience (Google Suite: Documents, Sheets) and disciplined lead tracking. Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Seniority level
