Full-Time - Hybrid/50% Travel. $90,000 – $100,000/year base + Bonus
Hello Soju, Inc. is one of the fastest‑growing brands in the alcohol beverage space. We are looking for a high‑impact Sales Manager in Southern CA to drive brand growth, elevate our presence, and unlock new opportunities across diverse and multicultural markets.
If you are a relationship‑driven leader who loves building brands, breaking into new accounts, and creating strong distributor and buyer relationships, this is your opportunity! Driving business particularly across Off‑premise, On‑Premise, Independent Liquor, and Asian/Multicultural markets, building brands, opening doors, and creating velocity in multicultural markets.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
✔️ Drive sales performance and execution standards with distributor teams, securing strategic distribution in targeted accounts with velocity driving programming
✔️ Build & manage distributor and buyer relationships, including top‑level management, trade marketing, and district leadership, conducting distributor meetings, reviews, and training sessions
✔️ Lead sales efforts in off‑premise independent channels, chains, and multicultural/Asian market accounts in CA
✔️ Lead broad on‑premise brand development in CA across chains, hotels, casinos, concerts & event venues. Develop trade incentives, manage inventory, support key programming initiatives
✔️ Deliver KPIs in sales, distribution, velocity, and account programming
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5+ years’ alcohol beverage sales experience (craft spirits/RTDs a plus)
Strong experience in Southern California, specifically the Los Angeles and surrounding areas and leadership background with local and remote teams
Commercial acumen with a “big picture” mindset
Experience across off- & on‑premise, casinos, hotels, stadiums, and special events
Bonus: VIP/IDIG/Krama knowledge, supplier/distributor experience, early‑stage brands, and Korean fluency (written and spoken)
