Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong abilities in Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship-building
Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing tasks in a hybrid work setting
Familiarity with using CRM and Salesforce software and other sales tools
Industry experience in technology or collaboration solutions is a plus
Mandarin speaking is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
