What You’ll Do
Create and execute a winning sales strategy to dominate your territory
Meet face-to-face with decision‑makers across municipalities, schools, corporate campuses, architects, property managers, contractors, and more
Fuel growth through proactive outreach—cold calling, networking, referrals, tradeshows, and community involvement
Manage the full sales cycle from “hello” to “closed/won”
Build a powerful pipeline and keep meticulous records using CRM tools
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations
Crush monthly and annual sales goals with confidence and consistency
Travel within the assigned territory
What You Bring
Min. 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience targeting education, municipal and commercial
Experience within outdoor furniture, playground, recreation and/or similar industry required
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
CRM proficiency and comfort with sales analytics
What’s In It for You
Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
(based on experience)
Year 1 Guarantee approx. $100,000
Uncapped commissions
