Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire a world‑class team – guide a team of highly skilled Loan Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and results‑driven success.

Drive performance & exceed targets – leverage data‑driven coaching and dynamic leadership to ensure your team consistently hits and exceeds monthly KPIs.

Analyze & optimize for maximum impact – dive deep into performance data and trends, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategic solutions that drive efficiency and success.

Listen, coach & elevate – conduct daily call audits/reviews, providing strategic, actionable feedback to enhance communication, objection handling, and overall performance.

Empower growth & skill development – build deep relationships with your team, focusing on personalized coaching to help each member sharpen their skills and advance in their careers.

Hire & onboard the best talent – play a key role in rapid hiring, ensuring new team members are not just top performers but also seamlessly integrated into Tomo’s fast‑paced, high‑energy culture.

Implement smart performance strategies – deploy effective coaching and performance‑management plans, addressing challenges proactively and keeping documentation sharp when needed.

Be a voice for the customer – collaborate with product, engineering teams, and marketing teams providing valuable insights to enhance the customer experience and refine Tomo’s mortgage solutions.

Keep leadership informed & aligned – deliver regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on team performance, key activities, and development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven sales leadership expertise – 3‑5+ years of high‑impact sales experience leading loan officers, driving growth and exceeding targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Industry knowledge advantage – previously operated as a Loan Officer and actively held state licenses. Preferred experience in FinTech, MortgageTech, or PropTech, with a deep understanding of the home‑buying journey and financial services landscape.
