who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and earning commission. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, outgoing, and motivated to exceed sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly pay: $12–$16 per hour (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped commission based on sales performance

Key Responsibilities
Actively engage customers and drive sales of wireless products and services
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
Provide knowledgeable recommendations tailored to customer needs
Promote add-ons, upgrades, and prepaid services
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment
Accurately process transactions and complete required documentation
Build repeat business through strong customer relationships
Adhere to company policies, sales standards, and compliance guidelines
Support store operations, including opening and closing shifts when needed
