Job Overview Mobile Associates are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services.
Responsibilities Proactively engage customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, effective communication, and product education. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, recommend wireless solutions, and onboard customers through the T‑Mobile app. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and continuously learn to provide the best possible customer experience. Build and deep‑en relationships with customers, meet and exceed sales activity, and perform price overrides for specialty offers. Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing.
Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required). Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer‑satisfaction passion and effective advocacy (Required). Team‑building desire and willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders (Required). Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required).
Licenses & Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
