Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback Oversee the renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, supporting pricing and negotiation strategies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms align with customer value realization Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms) Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
