What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while supporting pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms align with customer value realization
Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency both written and oral, with testing prior to interview
