Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative, high‑value technology sales, with expertise in driving complex sales cycles, building consensus among C‑suite executives, and educating prospects for maximum resonance. This role is focused on driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business.
Drive New Business Opportunities:
Utilize the Challenger sales methodology to target ideal customer profiles within your territory and capitalize on new business opportunities across our IT, cybersecurity, marketing, and digital transformation solutions.
Solve Business Problems:
Conduct exhaustive discovery, multi‑stakeholder alignment, and executive briefings to identify and address organizational needs in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and marketing.
Drive Innovation:
Present and evaluate solution options, aligning decision makers and bringing precision to clients' decision‑making processes.
Become a Trusted Business Advisor:
Use storytelling and our Business Transformation Assessment to demonstrate how partnership can address business challenges and future‑prove organizations through long‑term digital transformation roadmaps.
Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively prospect and secure new accounts, leveraging support from a dedicated SDR and your own strategic outreach.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, articulate alternative perspectives, and challenge the status quo.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized solutions tailored to clients’ requirements.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in IT, cybersecurity, marketing, AI, and digital transformation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales engineers, consultants, and support staff—to deliver exceptional service and support.
Sales Technology Stack: Use our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), SalesLoft, 6Sense, and other tools to build targeted cadences and outreach strategies that fuel pipelines.
Things We Are Looking For The ideal candidate demonstrates proven ability to navigate complex deal cycles, strong communication skills, an ability to identify economic drivers, comfort with non‑aggressive customer pressure, and capability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders. A deep understanding of IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI, and marketing solutions is essential, paired with a strategic, value‑driven alignment with client needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, marketing, business consulting, or a related field.
Prior experience as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, Business Consultant, or a similar new‑business focused role.
Demonstrated success navigating multi‑stakeholder environments and long sales cycles (6+ months).
Strong experience engaging with and influencing senior executives (CIO, CMO, COO, CFO, etc.).
Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, 6Sense, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
