Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Minimum 2 years of AE experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience working in a Series A/B/C startup environment
Proven success running full‑cycle enterprise sales processes: cold outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
Experience in deal structuring and strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with ACVs of $15K–30K
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas
High EQ with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, hands‑on approach
Bonus: experience selling into time‑billing/professional services markets
Salesforce experience preferred
Responsibilities
Own and execute enterprise sales strategy, from initial outreach through close
Partner with leadership to refine and scale the SMB sales motion into enterprise expansion
Manage pipeline effectively in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
Bring creativity, discipline, and motivation to every part of the sales cycle
Leverage negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to structure and close impactful deals
