Base pay range:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
Location Pensacola, FL
ROLE The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding the day-to-day operations of the sales support function, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and attentive service. This position oversees everything from managing inquiries and preparing quotations to strengthening relationships with key accounts and supporting a seamless order flow. Working closely with the sales team and other departments, the manager identifies opportunities to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, evolving environment while supporting broader business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the daily operations of sales support activities, including but not limited to handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.
Oversee resource allocation and workflow for order processing and RFQ responses to ensure efficiency.
Lead sales process improvements by reviewing and optimizing operational efficiency.
Manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with strategic customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales support metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to drive business performance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sales support process and procedures.
Take on new assignments as needed to support business objectives.
Work cross-functionally with global teams and departments to align on business goals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in sales support / customer service leadership role.
General Knowledge of the commercial Airline / MRO / OEM Marketplace.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Key Account Management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to rapid changes and business growth.
Aerospace/MRO industry experience is a bonus.
