Compensation
Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 – $70,000 (base pay and uncapped commission)
Uncapped commission and earnings
Training pay: $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks
Responsibilities
This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for offsite appointments.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
