Inside Sales Representative
National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking compassionate, results‑driven Inside Sales Representatives to empower future clients to regain financial confidence and reclaim their sense of well‑being. The role is remote, with a start date of 2/6/2026, and includes a flexible 8‑hour shift schedule based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software.
Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
Meet performance criteria set by management, subject to change based on company baselines.
Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures.
Accurately recall and document call information, navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, and maintain strong multitasking abilities.
De‑escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and accept and apply constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role, or a college associate’s degree equivalent.
Sales experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Career‑minded with a focus on long‑term advancement within the organization.
Proven ability to remain effective and adapt promptly in a fast‑paced workplace.
Computer competency and ability to multitask efficiently.
Prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Shift Scheduling Options
Tuesday through Saturday (Eastern Time): 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. or 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Sunday through Thursday (Eastern Time): 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. or 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Compensation Information Base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with eligibility for uncapped commissions and bonuses. The average total compensation in your first year can reach $85,000, with top performers earning up to $130,000.
