Job Description What you will be doing
Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations.
Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests.
Provide expert‑level understanding for customers and Comcast products and services.
Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

What You Will Need To Have
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–5 years of related experience, preferably consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
