Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary $22.74+ hourly ($15.05/hr base rate + $1333/month targeted commission) $1,000 sign‑on bonus Uncapped commission, 4‑day workweek, Day‑One benefits, courtesy TV & Internet Responsibilities Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Resolve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests. Provide expert‑level understanding to customers about Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Generally 2‑5 years of related experience; preference for consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly. Additional Expectations Understand our operating principles and apply them to daily work.
