Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager based in Irvine, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the environmental solutions space. They will lead the sales team, monitor market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role requires regular client meetings, reporting on sales performance, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings based on market needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving targets
Solid understanding of environmental solutions or a related industry, with expertise in sustainable technologies a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a customer‑focused approach
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software; knowledge of data analysis and reporting is advantageous
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business events as necessary
Experience in the environmental or waste management sector strongly preferred
