What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make reservations for owners and assist with booking vacations
Troubleshoot reservation issues and help owners change or cancel existing reservations
Ask discovery questions to learn about owners’ vacation preferences
Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
Provide assistance with additional travel planning and answer questions about the vacation club product
What is Required (Qualifications):
Passion for travel and hospitality
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Good listening and conversational skills
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
