What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make reservations for owners and assist with changing or canceling existing reservations
Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide solutions to owners
Ask discovery questions to understand owners’ vacation preferences
Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
Confirm reservation details and ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
Passion for travel and hospitality
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Good listening and conversational skills
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
