What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make reservations for owners and assist with changing or canceling existing reservations
Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide timely support to owners
Ask discovery questions to learn about owners’ vacation preferences and suggest suitable options
Confirm reservation details for accuracy and educate owners about policies
Provide assistance with additional travel planning and answer questions regarding the vacation club product
What is Required (Qualifications):
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Good listening and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Basic computer skills
Passion for travel and hospitality
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
