What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make reservations for vacation club owners and assist with reservation changes or cancellations
Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide immediate solutions
Engage with customers to understand their vacation preferences and suggest suitable options
Educate owners about vacation insurance, points protection, and policies
Confirm reservation details for accuracy and provide assistance with additional travel planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience
High school diploma or GED
Good listening and conversational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Passion for travel and hospitality
Strong ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry
