Make reservations for owners and assist with changes or cancellations Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide timely solutions Engage with owners to discover their vacation preferences and suggest suitable options Confirm reservation details, ensuring accuracy and clarity on policies Educate owners about vacation insurance and assist with additional travel planning What is Required (Qualifications):
Passion for travel and hospitality Six months of customer service or sales experience Good listening and conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
