Regional Sales Manager Location:
Remote (Home Office) or Westhausen, Germany
Summary In this position, you will take responsibility for selected key accounts in the industrial distribution segment. Your focus will be on revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable customer development.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of selected key accounts in industrial distribution
Develop detailed sales plans and forecasts for assigned markets/customers
Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
Design and implement go-to-market concepts and strategic initiatives
Lead cross-functional business initiatives for growth in defined customer segments
Build and expand strong relationships with commercial decision-makers
Ensure structured reporting and documentation of key account activities
Coordinate internal meetings and support knowledge transfer
Critical Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar; technical training is an advantage
Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in industrial distribution or B2B with international exposure
Proactive communicator, able to build relationships across functions and cultures
Self-driven, high ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in English, German and French
