What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own selected key accounts in the industrial distribution sector

Develop detailed sales plans and forecasts for assigned markets/customers

Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights

Design and implement go-to-market concepts and strategic initiatives

Build and expand relationships with commercial decision-makers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field; technical training is an advantage

Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in industrial distribution or B2B with international exposure

Proactive communication skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and cultures

Self-driven with high ownership and accountability

Willingness to travel internationally and fluency in English and German; proficiency in other European languages is an asset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in working with international clients in a B2B environment

Additional European language skills beyond German and English

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer development
