What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Build, manage, and support a network of dealers and agents across Central and South America Develop strategic plans to expand market reach and improve channel performance Meet directly with customers to understand needs and present solutions Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Travel internationally 50%–60% of the time to visit partners and attend trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field preferred Minimum of 3–5 years experience managing channel partners, dealers, or agents Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade Valid passport and ability to travel throughout Central and South America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in industrial equipment, converting technologies, or manufacturing sectors is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally across different time zones and cultures
