Our client is seeking a
District Sales Manager
based in
North Carolina
to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships across a defined Southeast territory. This is a fully remote, field-based sales role responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new business, and executing strategic sales initiatives from prospecting through close.
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while spending significant time in the field with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company growth objectives.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities.
Conduct regular in‑person customer visits, site walk‑throughs, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets, providing accurate pipeline visibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term retention.
Maintain detailed and timely records of customer activity, forecasts, and opportunities in CRM.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
Uphold company quality, safety, and core values standards in all interactions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in outside sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and drive consistent results.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Comfortable working remotely with high accountability and minimal supervision.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail in forecasting, territory planning, and documentation.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory (up to ~60%).
