Regional Sales Manager

to join their growing team.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability through strategic leadership of channel partners. This role demands a proactive, collaborative leader who can identify key business opportunities and position the organisation as the preferred provider in the region.

What you’ll do

Manage regional technical teams to achieve performance objectives and support project delivery

Oversee opportunity development and pipeline management through CRM systems

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and engineering partners to promote technical solutions

Lead regional forecasting and performance reviews to ensure accurate planning and execution

Support additional technical and operational initiatives as directed by management

Priorities and Goals as agreed with the Sales Manager – EMEAI

Decision-making in line with company approved delegated level of authority (DLA)

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude

5+ years’ experience in industrial instrumentation sales

3+ years working within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or CEMS sectors; background in analytical instrumentation preferred

Proven ability to manage and develop channel partner networks

Demonstrated success in implementing regional growth strategies

Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
