relying on referrals only Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Qualifications

Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do) Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willing to get an insurance license Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn if you put in the work Trainable Coachable Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and be willing to go above and beyond to achieve above‑average results Must be willing to work for the income you expect to make in your first year High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal $40,000 - $53,000 yearly About The Cormier Group
