Key Account Manager Solid Tumors, Italy - Southeast
In this role you drive BeOne’s oncology products in designated territories by building strategic accounts and securing sales targets. You collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and other functions to implement the regional business plan and enhance patient care. You’ll nurture key stakeholder relationships, organize local events, and identify strategic opportunities while maintaining high ethical standards. This position offers impact in a fast-growing niche with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on science-driven growth.
Develop territory-specific strategic account plans in alignment with cross-functional teams
Achieve defined sales targets within budget and contribute to regional access goals
Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (HCPs and HCOs)
Organize and execute local symposia and workshops
Implement commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers
Gather insights to identify strategic opportunities at the account level
Participate in local, national, and international meetings and symposia
Ensure compliance with BeOne standards and local regulations
Travel approximately 70% of time
Life science degree or equivalent professional experience
Specific knowledge in hematology‑oncology
Commercial experience in oncology, with Lung and Gastric cancer experience desirable
Knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs
Strong alignment with BeOne’s values
Willingness to learn and develop
Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Marketing and commercial‑oriented thinking
