Commercial Account Executive - Consumer Business Services Join Salesforce as a Commercial Account Executive focused on the Consumer Business Services industries, including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Professional Services, Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate.

Our up‑market team works with growing organizations of 250-10,000 employees across Mid‑Commercial, General Commercial, and Enterprise Corporate Sales tiers.

Core Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.

Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.

Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.

Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.

Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.

Drive growth within an existing assigned account.

Preferred Qualifications

Average 5‑10 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.

Proven experience managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, or focusing exclusively on new logos (Hunter role).

Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.

Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Experience evaluated based on core competencies including leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work experience.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range in Austin, TX: $77,550 – $204,200. Additional compensation may include incentive, equity, and benefits such as health, life, retirement, and wellness allowances.
