Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, as set by management.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, both in‑store and through external engagement, representing the organization.

Proactively expand the client base by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Drive high‑value sales in the areas of fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.

Deliver personalized, exceptional service to every client, ensuring a memorable luxury experience.

Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and share the rich history and heritage of the Maison.

Support clients with ongoing customer service, before and after sales, ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Uphold the Maison’s reputation by maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Leverage storytelling and embrace the role of story‑maker to create the most luxurious experience for our clients.

Client Relationship Management

Foster strong client relationships using Maison‑specific CRM tools and strategies.

Maintain regular outreach, follow‑up, and personalized communications with clients to build brand loyalty.

Collaborate with management to develop targeted client plans and execute client engagement strategies.

Accurately capture client information to support follow‑up efforts and relationship building.

Address client issues and concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.

Support the planning and execution of in‑store and off‑site events, networking activities, and VIP client experiences.

Boutique Operations & Team Support

Adhere to all security, operational, and procedural standards as set by the Group, Maison, and boutique.

Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, ensuring the store is consistently presented to brand standards.

Contribute to merchandising efforts and the organization of displays and back‑stock to maintain an inviting environment.

Participate in inventory processes, including daily stock checks, annual counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.

Support special projects as needed, such as price updates, back‑office tasks, and other boutique operational needs.

Qualifications

3+ years previous experience in watches or high‑value luxury product sales preferred.

Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.

Excellent computer skills.

SAP exposure is a plus.

Additional language skills are a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.

Self‑starter with a team‑player approach.

Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Salary Expected salary range: $25 - $26 per hour, salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
