Overview:
Responsible for Sales of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches.
Responsibilities: Represent the brand by interacting with clients in the sale of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards Cultivate strong client relationships Assist with inventory and special projects as needed Keep the work environment neat and clean Ensure that all products or merchandise are placed in their respective areas Be knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product Handle sales transactions, which may include operating cash registers Safeguard the store’s inventory Comply with all company and store operational policies and procedures
Qualifications: 5+ years of previous experience in watches or high-end luxury product sales is preferred Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Possess computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel and Outlook email Passion for watches and luxury is a plus Mandarin / Cantonese language skills preferred
