The Hermès Meatpacking Boutique opened in 2019 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as part of the New York Region. This position reports to the Managing Director and works collaboratively with the sales team and support teams to support the client experience in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
Responsibilities
Accountable for meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective target.
Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall customer experience. Maintain all items in store, fulfill VM guidelines, and perform physical EAS tagging, ticketing, and inventory preparation as needed.
Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and after‑sales service. Communicate POS discrepancies and variances to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
Comply with all asset protection procedures: employee sign‑in sheets, bag checks, key control, merchandise security, and participation in monthly cycle counts.
Consistently provide high‑level service to clients: prompt greeting, assistance with questions, and help with packaging and wrapping at POS.

About You
2+ years of sales experience, preference for luxury environment.
Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
Even‑tempered with ability to multi‑task.
Self‑starter, able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Strong organizational skills.
Open availability to accommodate business needs.
Ability to lift 0‑25 lbs without assistance.
Salary & Hours The hourly range for this position is $26.51 – $29.30. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
