Farano Fine Art, Florida, New York, United States
Fine Art Sales Executive – High‑End Sports Collectors & Events
We’re seeking a polished, hungry, results‑driven sales professional who thrives on connection, follow‑through, and high‑value relationships. This role blends art‑world sophistication with the energy of live events and the satisfaction of performance‑driven sales. You’ll engage collectors online and in person, represent the Farano brand at premier events, and focus on turning first‑time buyers into lifelong collectors.
What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing collectors; convert one‑time buyers into multi‑piece collectors.
Own personalized outreach and follow‑up using our CRM and communication tools (daily usage expected).
Represent the Farano brand at high‑end events—primarily exclusive, invitation‑only, or premium‑ticketed experiences (luxury hospitality suites, VIP lounges, private parties, etc).
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, invoicing, and post‑sale collector care—with precision and professionalism.
Maintain immaculate CRM hygiene (notes, tasks, next steps) so the pipeline is real, reportable, and repeatable.
Leverage data from our robust systems and collector profiles to tailor offers and close bigger, better deals.
Event & Partnership Examples We primarily activate at high‑end, exclusive, invitation‑only, or high‑admission events and programs: Super Bowl • The Masters • Kentucky Derby • Ryder Cup • MLB/NHL/NBA All‑Star & Fan Fests • National Sports Collectors Convention • Art Basel • Luxury hospitality events • VIP lounges • Charity galas • Select trade shows—and more as we expand.
What You’ll Bring
Proven sales experience is required (fine art, luxury goods, or high‑end collectibles preferred). References will be checked.
A people‑magnet—confident and comfortable with HNW clients both in person and digitally.
Passion for sports, art, travel, and luxury—you speak that language authentically.
Demonstrated success closing sales in the five-, six-, and seven‑figure range.
Organized and disciplined operator who lives by calendar, tasks, and follow‑ups.
CRM‑fluent (Zoho or similar); can manage pipeline, reporting, and segmentation without hand‑holding.
Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive proposals and clean recap emails are second nature.
Willingness to travel primarily domestically and occasionally internationally.
How We Work Full‑time (hybrid or possible fully remote) role with a consistent weekly cadence of outreach, follow‑ups, proposals, and CRM hygiene. Weekly reviews of outreach and pipeline (we’ll coach using real activity from CRM/Aloware—no guesswork).
Compensation & Growth
Competitive, uncapped commission structure with meaningful upside for top performers.
Travel expenses are covered for approved events.
High visibility within an expanding national brand—growth into a senior sales position possible.
How We Measure Success
New collectors acquired and average order value.
Multi‑piece conversions and annual collector value growth.
Event ROI: qualified leads, proposals sent, and closed‑won revenue.
CRM accuracy, velocity of follow‑ups, and adherence to our communication cadence.
To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note describing:
Your experience selling to collectors or luxury buyers, and
Why the worlds of art, luxury, sports, and entertainment inspire you.
Optionally include 2–3 references who can speak to your sales performance with HNW or luxury clientele.
