ViiV Healthcare, part of GSK, is seeking an experienced, results‑driven professional for the Territory Account Manager (TAM) on the long‑acting HIV Prevention Sales team. This role requires thriving in a fast‑paced, complex environment, engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), and driving sales of new approaches to HIV prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt new HIV treatment approaches
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges
Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects
Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale treatment models
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver integrated product experience
Maintain a portfolio‑based selling mindset and close internal communication loops
Provide proactive customer service anticipating HCP needs
Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem‑solving
Develop and foster external relationships with key customers and thought leaders
Act in line with ViiV culture, embrace ambiguity, speak up on risks, and maintain compliance and regulatory guidelines
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
3+ years of specialty experience
Ability to travel domestically, including overnight; majority of time in market
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Experience influencing and collaborating cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in complex market access coverage situations
Experience managing HCP cold chain products
Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Experience partnering across integrated account team with multiple field‑based members
