The Sales Representative will grow our market share in shrink sleeve and pressure‑sensitive label solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of label technologies, packaging trends, and customer needs across industries such as beverage, pharma, and personal care.
Key Activities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue in the shrink sleeve and pressure‑sensitive label segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing consultative support and technical guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and design) to deliver customized solutions.
Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product samples.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the Company’s capabilities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activities and forecasts.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling to beverage, pharmaceutical, or personal care brands.
Knowledge of RFID‑enabled labelling and tamper‑evident packaging.
Background in engineered or custom print solutions.
Educations & Experience
3+ years of B2B sales experience in printing, packaging, or labelling industries.
Proven success selling shrink sleeves, pressure‑sensitive labels, or related products.
Strong understanding of label application technologies and packaging formats.
