The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Activities

Actively seeking out new potential clients through various methods like networking and cold calling.

Maintaining a strong understanding of flexible packaging products, materials, and industry trends.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients to understand their needs and foster long‑term partnerships.

Achieve/exceed quarterly targets, including lead qualification, lead referral, and follow‑up, forecasts, and sales goals.

Working closely with internal teams (e.g., estimating, customer service, production) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Frequently travelling to customer locations, industry events, and company facilities to build relationships and pursue new business.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

Flexible to travel.

Strong business acumen, able to spot the trends and opportunities.

Educations & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or above.

Good understanding of the flexible packaging industry and market trends.

Packaging industry experience (preferred).
