What You Can Expect
Compete at each phase of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
Generate additional business beyond our robust online marketing efforts through doorhangers, yard signs, social media, and referrals.
Manage an organized pipeline of deals using our CRM.
Travel within the territory to meet pre‑qualified homeowners at scheduled times.
Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help each customer become an educated and informed buyer.
Estimate and send professional quotes to homeowners.
Follow up with homeowners post‑estimate to close the sales.
Work alongside the production team to ensure sold jobs are ready to be executed.
We’d Be Thrilled If You
Are coachable and thrive in environments where leadership and sales teams work together.
Have 1–2 years of closing sales experience.
Preferably have B2C experience.
Preferably have experience with a CRM platform.
Are comfortable using an iPad and a variety of different apps.
Desire to serve customers well.
Are an effective communicator.
Are an active listener.
Maintain high attention to detail and knowledge retention.
Can work well with a team and independently.
