Remote OCCC Inbound Sales Agent (Seasonal)
Join our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. This seasonal inbound sales agent role requires flexibility and a strong sales drive to provide world‑class customer service and phone sales from home.
Overview Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We offer highly persuasive pitches, award‑winning training, and a recession‑resistant industry with nearly 125 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
Close pest‑control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service.
Work remotely from your home office. Must have a minimum of 50 mbps upload/20 mbps download or higher, high‑speed internet connection; equipment will be provided.
Support our field’s peak season starting around February.
Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
Use gamification methods to measure performance.

Qualifications
High School or GED.
1–2 years of sales experience; direct or phone sales preferred.

Adequate furnishings (desk, chair) and lighting.
Minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher; must hard wire directly to a modem; speed test via www.speedtest.net.
