*** Responsibilities *** *** *** *** Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions. *** *** Support our field’s peak season that starts building around February. *** *** During peak season you can expect heavy call volume. *** *** Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service. *** *** Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling. *** *** Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business. *** *** Work remotely from your home office (we will provide the computer and other equipment necessary). *** *** Use different gamification tools to measure performance. *** *** ***
