We are seeking talented SPANISH BILINGUAL PROFESSIONALS for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers.

Responsibilities
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
During peak season you can expect heavy call volume
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
Work remotely from your home office. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role)
Use different gamification tools to measure performance

Qualifications
High School/GED
1 – 2 years commissioned sales and customer service experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
Bilingual (Fluent communicating in the English and Spanish language including written and oral)

Work from Home Requirements
Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise

Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs upload high speed internet connection, with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem. Speed test must be completed via www.speedtest.net.
