Key Responsibilities
Assist with domestic and international mailer distributions.
Book couriers via online applications and phone, ensuring deadlines and correct client billing.
Receive and manage boxes and packages on behalf of PURPLE, notifying team via email or Microsoft Teams.
Streamline and merchandise returned packages back to PURPLE.
Maintain the beauty showroom.
Proactively monitor media, print, digital, and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity; compile media lists for events and press releases.
Support ad‑hoc projects as requested.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience in a mid‑size PR agency within a luxury beauty environment.
Solid understanding and interest in logistics and media relations.
Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines; strong prioritization and time management.
Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong initiative.
