Overview We are seeking a full-time Garmin Health Sales Manager 1 in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new B2B sales opportunities and building on existing relationships with Garmin’s partners and developers as an initiative-taking sales professional.

Essential Functions

Determine, establish, and execute sales plans strategies, relationships, and promotions to increase market share, profits, and awareness with new and existing partners as determined by sales leadership

Attend/coordinate industry trade shows to maximize new partner prospecting and current relationships

Strong understanding of Garmin products, pricing, and developer capabilities to maximize partner relationships

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, validate leads, and potentially adjust go to market strategies

Provide sales support and service for internal/external customers including forecasting, marketing, and content development

Provide regular updates to senior sales/operations leadership concerning assigned accounts, revenue goals, wins, challenges, account issues, financial status, upcoming large orders, market changes, etc.

Ability to travel with little or no supervision and complete timely/succinct trip and status reports

Manage large accounts with excellent project skills

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 1 year relevant experience OR a minimum of 5 years equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Experience may include outside sales, B2B sales, technical sales, or sales into a retail environment

Demonstrated history of sales and business development success in the healthcare industry

Established time management skills, while maintaining high quality standards with a sense of urgency, commitment, and focus to complete tasks and projects

Ability to prioritize/multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environment

Demonstrated articulate and fluent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ease with public speaking

Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Must demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to succeed

Organizational/analytical skills with keen attention to detail/quality

Ability to effectively apply learned knowledge about Garmin products, and developer capabilities

Customer- and market-oriented thinking in relation to Garmin partner solutions

Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with Garmin associates to achieve shared goals

Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)

Desired Qualifications

Internal Garmin experience as an ISR, or ASM

Personal experience in using Garmin wearables
