We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to expand our existing customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross‑selling. You will work independently and collaborate closely with our SDR and CSM teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing customers.
Own the full sales cycle as a quota‑carrying Account Manager; manage your own account pipeline and contribute to the team’s pipeline.
Become a product expert and be the face of the company, delivering exceptional customer service.
Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Influence product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Requirements
One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company – must.
Energetic, positive, and motivated – must.
Strong customer‑relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
Self‑learning, highly independent, and a strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, busy work environment.
Must be able to work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday‑Friday.
