Job Summary
Women’s Health Account Executive – Quest Diagnostics. This field‑based sales role covers Delray Beach, FL to Port St. Lucie, FL and is responsible for closing new business in the Women’s Health diagnostic testing market.
Responsibilities
Drive sales in assigned districts through upselling of existing accounts, new lead generation, referrals, and establishing relationships with prospective Women’s Health customers.
Target and close new specialty testing opportunities.
Collaborate directly with assigned Account Executives in the district.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all connectivity products.
Prepare and present proposals and bids.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
Provide subject matter expertise for Women’s Health specialty testing and maintain depth of knowledge in the specialty area.
Offer immediate support for less complex issues and refer complex issues to the appropriate Hospital or Physician Account Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of sales experience in business‑to‑business settings with a proven record of sales success.
Prior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships.
Experience in healthcare, laboratories, or diagnostics sales to medical professionals is preferred.
Women’s Health call‑point experience highly preferred.
Hunter mentality required.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and general business economics.
Strong medical/scientific background with contemporary understanding of genetics and molecular diagnostics testing.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Education Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
