Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities with GM.

Act as the primary point of contact for GM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any emerging issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet GM’s specific needs.

Lead initiatives related to Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, ensuring alignment with Schaeffler’s strategic objectives and customer requirements.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that convey the value proposition of Schaeffler's products and solutions.

Monitor key performance indicators and report on account metrics to senior management to ensure target achievement.

Manage existing and negotiate new contracts and agreements for VT AM and lead negotiations with the customer’s purchasing departments.

Forecast for future budget plans / multi‑year.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer trust.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and strengthen client relations.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the automotive industry.

Proven experience managing major accounts, ideally OEMs, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.

Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience managing GM CCA/account with a strong focus on customer relationship management.

Proficiency in SAP, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

In‑depth knowledge of vehicle systems, lifetime service solutions, and automotive market trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
