through value-based pricing, budget forecasting, and commercial analysis
Influence customer strategy
by matching solutions to process needs, ensuring full value-in-use is understood
Represent the business
in all commercial negotiations — acting as the face of the company in a wide territory
What You’ll Bring
Proven success in multi-account sales leadership within
mining and materials
or adjacent heavy industry sectors
Technical foundation from a
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
(Master’s a plus)
Strong commercial instincts, with experience in
value-based selling and margin growth
Ability to travel extensively and confidently lead conversations across all levels
