Sales Manager
to manage business growth across Central and South Texas. This role is ideal for an ambitious, experienced professional with a strong foundation in
chemical manufacturing, industrial materials, or related heavy industries such as steel or civil engineering , who is ready to take the next step toward senior commercial leadership. You’ll manage a high-impact territory, working directly with customers to shape technical solutions, resolve challenges and drive new business. In this role, you will: Lead customer engagement strategies and expand the company’s footprint in the Texas state Translate technical product knowledge into real business value for industrial clients Develop competitive pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations Partner with logistics and operations to ensure delivery efficiency and service reliability Provide market insights that influence commercial strategy and innovation High visibility in a global business Company-provided vehicle and travel support Salary range of $130,000 – 160,000 DOE + 20% bonus Access to University programs and development pathways What we’re looking for: 5+ years
in a Sales Manager role, preferably in
chemical, mining, civil engineering, or road construction sectors Familiarity with selling to
road-building or infrastructure-focused customers
is highly valued Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related technical field MBA degree will be highly preferred Demonstrated success with solution selling, contract management, and pricing leadership Able to travel extensively throughout the territory (up to 50%) Seniority level
