We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to join a rapidly growing sales team. This is an excellent

entry-level opportunity

for someone eager to learn the manufacturing sales process from the ground up. Reporting directly to an

Account Manager , this role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the sales team. You’ll be trained on internal systems, processes, and workflows while gaining hands‑on experience supporting customer orders from intake through production kickoff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and being a key support player — with

clear growth opportunities

into more advanced sales or account support roles over time. Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process customer orders in the order management / ERP system Print, prepare, and organize Travelers and Sales Orders for the start of production Review orders carefully to confirm accuracy, corrections, and required documentation Support Account Managers with administrative and order‑related tasks Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is production‑ready Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, inventory) to support order flow Assist with basic reporting, order tracking, and customer follow‑ups as needed Ensure details are correct — this role is

highly detail‑driven Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus 1+ year of experience

in an administrative, sales support, manufacturing, or operations role Experience working in an

order management system

or ERP environment preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially

Excel Extremely detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a sales team Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity
